This study aims to create to Massive Open Online Class (MOOC) learning tutoring learning environment to improve English speaking proficiency and self-efficacy of college students (tutees) and to examine whether there are changes in English speaking proficiency and self-efficacy of before and after the study. The subjects of the study were 6 native English instructors and 30 undergraduate students majoring in various studies in the southern part of Korea. Tutoring has proceeded for 10 weeks. Changes in English-speaking proficiency and self-efficacy were examined and SPSS 26 was used for data processing and analysis. As a result of this study, tutees¡¯ English speaking proficiency evaluation scores were improved. The detailed area of accuracy, complexity, and fluency has improved evenly, though the improvement in fluency area was slightly higher. In addition, self-efficacy was improved in all three sub-area, and the improvement in confidence was the highest among them. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that MOOC learning tutoring is effective in English speaking and self-efficacy of college students, and the results provide educational implications that they can be applied as effective teaching methodology to improve English speaking proficiency.
